Today's episode is a project update for our investors of the Queens Garden Residences in the suburb of Queens Park in Perth, WA.
This is an off-the-plan project, completely sold out, and consists of 14 units fully dedicated to SDA. In this podcast, we speak to the Developer, Michael Kwan (VA Disability) and the SIL Provider, Howard Emery (Adelphi Living), about the progress of this SDA apartment complex as it moves towards DA lodgement and construction of these units in Queens Park.
Howard also explains to us his experience in disability care as the owner of a SIL provider business, and he reveals how his team will provide the best possible onsite care to the Participants of Queens Garden, from the 4 OOA offices while working with up to 14 apartments, all fully catering to SDA funded Participants.
Also, Michael gives our listeners a sneak peek into the upcoming launch in late May 2022, of a new project in North Coogee, with 12 SDA luxury apartments, located in a magnificent location on the water and 100 meters from the marina. Expected completion is Q3 2023, and will be in one of the best locations that an investor can consider in Perth, WA.
