Show Notes

EPISODE:
In today's episode, we fly down to Melbourne to attend the Melbourne Disability Expo, and whilst down here, we catchup up again with Rob Maxwell from episode 4, who sits down with Minh to discuss the concept of diversification and the types of asset classes available for investors in 2022. Such investments are available to all consumers including, but not limited to cash, shares, bonds, property, gold, and bitcoin.

They also talk about SDA as a new segment of the Australian property market. Rob explains how SDA would fit into an investor's portfolio and how an SDA property would complement other existing investments.
