Minh, Eryn, and Matt sit down together in the office to discuss why we're now expanding into many key areas around Australia for SDA. Due to lack of land and lack of builders Australia-wide, we have long held the belief that in order to not concentrate to much in one region that it is best to showcase the diversity of builders and developers that we have access to around Australia.
These builders & developers are delivering high quality SDA builds around Australia for our investors. Over the past two months we have struggled with sourcing quality SDA in high demand areas, but now moving forward through the second half of 2022, we believe that we can now give our clients more options to consider. We hope our listeners can take away from this episode, some ideas and information regarding the roll out of more homes for participants all around Australia, in particular the areas of need the most.
GOALS:
It is our goal to see Participants with high-needs disabilities being appropriately housed in accommodation that is right for them.
