The lack of resources by way of lack of 'consultants' or 'builders' who would normally be able to run their eyes over the information provided, does not always allow our team to give feedback or recommended advice for land lots. Also, no one works for free, so such 'consultants' (be it SDA assessors, build designers, or architects etc) may charge a fee for professional SDA or development advice.
