Raymond answers the questions posed by Minh regarding the risks, costs, lending, head leases, things to avoid and look out for, and an overview of the SDA sector. In particular, they bring up the importance of getting the right advice from the right professionals, and not to just listen to anyone who talks about SDA - "warning" - most people you talk to, don't know what they are talking about when it comes to SMSF & SDA & PROVIDER LEASES etc.
