Angad Singh from Sadhana Constructions joins us once again. On another regular visit to Perth, Minh decided to pop into the Sadhana office to say hello and check out how things are going over there. Minh attended the SDA Networking Event with other business professionals associated within the local SDA market while over there.
As our focus is on Perth for 2023, it was felt that lots of time and effort be exerted to ensure that we as a company are doing our thorough due diligence on SDA in this new market.
Minh and Angad center their discussion around the Perth property market overall in the residential sector, and also on how the SDA market is going. Angad emphasizes how its still early days in the SDA market for Perth, given that the local market is coming out of a decade long property recession. They talk about their 2023 plans for SDA, their aspirations to double their SDA production moving forwards, Class 1 vs Class 3 and fire sprinklers, HPS vs other categories, statistics breakdown, bespoke builds, future proofing, and more.
