HIREUP is a platform that helps connect care workers with participants and helps to find, hire, and manage your team of care workers. HIREUP offers choice and control for participants regarding their care workers while offering below NDIS rates.
Debbie sits down with Stephanie and Lowri to discuss the company with 300 staff, managing an online platform of 12,000 users, comprising 6,000 participants and 6,000 support workers. Lowri talks about the services provided by the platform which supports the participants using Hireup, and Stephanie talks about the initiatives of the provider support service which complements existing providers with shortcomings in their business model.
