This is part two of last week's HireUp episode, where Minh sits down with Aviva from HireUp's ILO team to discuss what exactly is ILO and why it may be the perfect option for both an investor and a participant.
'Individualised Living Options (ILO) lets you choose how, where and who you live with. For example, you might use your NDIS ILO funding to provide a stipend to a supportive housemate, host, mentor or neighbour for some structured support throughout the week. Or, you might choose to live with another NDIS participant and share some of your supports.'
