EPISODE 119 - SGKS ARCH: Competence and Creativity Uniting Architecture
Henry Sgourakis from SGKS Architects joined Minh to talk about the work they're doing in the SDA space. SGKS is designing top-of-the-line SDA development projects (apartments) and this could be something for our future investors to consider. He talks about the vetting process that goes into finding the right locations and where they should be situated in and around the community. In addition, Minh asks Henry about his thoughts on 'fire sprinklers' and the role of an SDA Assessor when it comes to 'compliance' vs 'common sense' to community living with fire safety.
