Minh is joined by Richard Williams from Brickport who is a buyers agent and project manager focusing on small developments incorporating SDA around Newcastle. In this episode, Richard shares his experiences in moving from being a property investor working on small developments, to starting to develop his own personal SDA portfolio. Richard talks about his journey working out if there is sufficient SDA demand locally, getting the approvals to build SDA, engaging a builder, ensuring the build is SDA compliant, things he would do differently in the future, and delivering an SDA house to the provider for future residents.
