EPISODE 236 - Support Coordinators: Their role in SDA
In this episode, we ask Maddie from our office to sit down and do a solo poddy. Given that she used to be a Support Coordinator for another large organisation in Brisbane, we figured it would be ideal to have her go through some content regarding how important the Support Coordinator is in the SDA environment for Participants.
A Support Coordinator in the NDIS plays a critical role in helping Participants navigate their plan, access supports, and achieve their goals. Specifically regarding Specialist Disability Accommodation, a Support Coordinator's role involves several key responsibilities:
