In this episode, Debbie sits down with Josh and Rania from the office to discuss a new report on offer to investors.
We have been approached by many investors who are looking for independent advice on an SDA H&L Package that has been recommended to them by other agencies. Accordingly, we've developed a new, comprehensive report that gives an overview of everything about the package.
Josh & Rania discuss how they assess the package, the criteria involved and the different aspects of the package that are analysed to provide an honest assessment of whether the package is a good, bad or OK option.
The criteria are based on the ranking criteria we use ourselves when doing our due diligence on any packages offered to us from builders and developers to sell. They include location, build cost, data, design, and inclusions.
If you are researching different options for an SDA investment, it is worth your while to get another opinion on whether a package that has been presented to you is actually a feasible option. We see so many average packages in oversupplied areas being offered by builders and other marketers in the industry. As we say - know what you are buying into!
