In this episode, we have a repeat speaker from 2 years ago, Dante, formally working for an SDA Provider in Brisbane. He has now relocated to Melbourne working for SDA Options. With his new change of environment, he has had to learn the regulations of leasing in Victoria, and that is the purpose of this episode, to explain how Victoria leasing for tenancy differs for disabled tenants (either as SDA vs NDIS vs non NDIS).
This is a great episode to listen to as it fully shows the complexities of rental agreements in a different jurisdiction.
