The SDA HOUSING Podcast

EPISODE 263 - Legislative changes to NDIS Supports

NDIS PROPERTY AUSTRALIA

In this episode, Debbie and Maddie discuss the legislative changes to the NDIS Act regarding NDIS Supports.

They talk about the definitions of what are now considered Supports and what are not Supports and how these changes will be implemented, the timeframe for implementation and any other considerations that anyone affected (NDIS Participants, Providers, Families etc) should be aware of.

Whilst the definitions of Supports and non-Supports may seem to be on the whole basic common-sense, as with any changes within the NDIS, there are always bound to be concerns.
